AmyFove_714's unnecessary ban

Hey guys, I never thought I would make a complaint on here, but I think this certain incident needs to be addressed:

Myself and AmyFove_714 were just enjoying a game of team speed UHC, and her internet began playing up (she sometimes has issues with her internet going on and off now and then). She froze on the game for some time and she was telling me that she kept glitching and seeing random ores on the game. The next thing I knew, she was kicked off of the server and had a message saying she was banned for a week!

I was sat next to her the whole time in the same room whilst this happened (around 10 minutes ago) and this was the following message on her screen:

'You have been banned from CubeCraft for:
Sentinel caught you cheating! (Anticheat)'

Amy has never used cheats on a game in her life, and doesn't even know how to (neither do I) so there is no possible way she could have cheated! Personally, I think this ban is completely unnecessary and should be sorted out by a member of staff as soon as possible - this was a senseless ban! Me and AmyFove_714 always enjoy playing on CubeCraft together and it is a shame that this has happened for absolutely no reason at all.

This could be something for CubeCraft to sort out and they should make sure that people are banned APPROPRIATELY, and not for no reason at all, just like in this case.

2.) contact @CrazymanJR and say him What There is happened.
3.) be patient ;)

Tell you friend to first appeal here > https://appeals.cubecraft.net and that she/he has to explain in details what she/he did before she/he got banned. If her/his appeal gets denied and she/he and you are sure about that she/he is falsely banned, then please tell her/him to contact CrazymanJR here on the Forums (you can do that by clicking this link > https://www.cubecraft.net/conversations/add?to=CrazymanJR).
Tell him/her that he/she may contact him (CrazymanJR) on Discord for a faster reply, but please keep in mind that he's a very busy man, so tell her/him to wait paitiently for an answer and to not spam him.
If she/he hasn't already, she/he can join the Official Discord server of CubeCraft here to contact him > https://discord.gg/cubecraft.

If someone's falsely banned by Sentinel then that person mustn't contact CrazymanJR immediately, but that person has to appeal first.
