Java Add support for >1.9 items in custom kits

Currently, when I try to add an item from versions after 1.9 into my custom kit, the server closes and all my progress is lost. I would love to add scaffolding to my custom kit but that's impossible now!

Our server is for 1.9 and newer. We are not able to support 1.9+ items.
