Bedrock Add "Spect player in Game Teleporter"

As we already know, in cubecraft there is an item, which gives it to you when you become a spectator, which has different very useful options, today I propose / give my suggestion to add a "Spect player" section which, as Its name indicates it, it will work to spectate a player, when you click on it, it will display a menu to select a player (similar to the one for reports) and then it will send you to his position.

i always forget that it doesnt exist on cube and read five times through all the other options because i think i missed it xd
