Java Add Sentinel cps limit indication

I've already spoken about the whole butterfly clicking issue that you mentioned above and you can read that here but adding a notification is just giving it away entirely and at that point we may as well do what GommeHD do and limit all players to 18 CPS maximum (don't worry, we're not going to do that).

It isn’t rare to get banned by sentinel for cheating but you just butterfly clicked over 15 cps or so.Im really trying to keep around 11 to not trigger it and sometimes it kicks me by the server.Make some limit and chat message like
Sentinel (AntiCheat) Allows you up to 15 cps without getting banned 100% guarantee but clicking faster can result ban.Use at own risk!
I think it’s good to get implemented

Same thinkings, I don't use jitter because of this. I don't want to ruin the game for others too.
