All Networks Add a South America Server Region

Hi, my suggestion is to add a region in South America, because (I am from latam) No matter how good wifi I have, in the NA servers my ping is 200ms minimum, 300ms in the EU regions and not to mention the AS regions. My recommendation is that, so all South Americans can play fairly, without the typical messages of every day "Lager" or "Buy wifi".

Yes, I have tried playing in that region, but due to distance (ASIA is much farther than EU and NA from South America, logically) I have an approximate ping of 500ms.
