Web Add a reporting status 'already punished for this action'

I use the reporting system quite a lot. Often, I see that a report was turned down and the message from the moderator tells me that the player(s) reported was(/were) already punished for the action I reported them for.

I would like to see a difference in reports which were turned down.
When a report is turned down because the report was invalid, this shows as "Closed" in red.
When a report is turned down because they already got punished, this also shows as "Closed" in red. My suggestion is to change this to something along the lines of "Already punished" in blue.

I think this would be something good! It would let players know that their report was good, since it proved what had to be proved but the player was already punished.
I have to say that I don't like the blue, maybe orange? (Like stop lights?)
Something else, this has already been suggested a few times (can't find the thread sorry)... But we can keep trying

Lately I don't use quite much the report system, but it's truth that It's frustrating when you take your time to report someone it's get denied.

So to me, this is a good idea :)

They already add a message with "still thanks for your report, keep it up" :P
