I believe they are working on a party system at the moment but they are busy with uhc and anticheat so they need more time for those stuff, good idea anyway

Its been on the "to do" list since 2014, theyre not working on it

Wow! This really does get posted more than i thought, but a lot of people do want this feature so i guess thats why.
