A question. Please help!

I have been thinking about this for a long time. I joined this server about 2 and a half years ago, and after 2 months on the server i bought iron rank (i couldn't buy a better rank cause my parents would've hated me if i spent more money that 10 euro on a game). Sometimes when i logged in to the server it seemed like i was stone in the chat. But it changed after a few minutes every time. Except for once. And that one time my rank did not change back to iron. Ever. I think it was when Obsidian rank was added to the server.
Please help!

Just do /color and your rank will be back.

Aint working. This happened 1 and a half year ago. So i think that some of the old staff should know. Please help @SevereWarning @Aimee2323 (you are the only old staff i can come up with)
