5zig is broken

So today I noticed that my 5zig HUD was turned off and I thought I had just toggled it off. When I looked in my settings it was turned on. Ive so far tried toggling it on and off, restarting mc and re-installing 5zig.

is what it looks like. Any tips on how to fix?

This appears to be the problem although not exactly. When I clicked on "Customize Display" there were absolutely no modules in it... Anyone know why this might have happened?

I'm not good at this kind of stuff but what I have notice myself, the 5zig mod sometimes reset and you have to change and add everything back. It have happened to me a few times, not sure why or how but I just added everything back and then it worked again.
