2nd birthday package issue

i am unable to claim this as every time i go to access it it says ‘something went wrong check your internet connection’. my internet connection is fine and i am unsure what the problem is. does anyone have the same problem or know why this is or have a solution for it. thank you!

I've had the same problem but I just tried and now it works. Maybe you can try restarting your game or rejoining the server or just wait a few minutes and try it again.

Someone else also got this issue, but of course I will help you as well.

First, you need the bedrock edition of minecraft if you don't own this don't read this thread anymore because you will waste your time :D but if you own the bedrock edition carry on reading this thead.

1. Go this this link: https://www.cubecraft.net/marketplace/view.php?id=a641b7f7-6c9f-4872-bc15-3a80f983d1c1
2. You will see this:

3. Click the green button "open in minecraft"
3. a window will pop up and says "do you want to open your minecraft? Or something similair.
4, click "yes"

Your minecraft will load and you claimed the package! :tada:
