1.9 Fix

I think you should fix the cooldown and the damages by that I mean make them back to 1.8 and I think that will make CubeCraft Much better!!

Cubecraft has updated to 1.9 and most likely has no plans to move back to 1.8
If you want to suggest an idea to make the game similar to 1.8 you may, but it must be done in 1.9
