“Sludge” Username Colour

Question, since when has the “Sludge” Username Colour been obtainable at VIP level 27?! Or was this an unintentional bug? Last I knew it was only available for staff/partners. It’s a cool cosmetic but just curious.

We noticed it today that it wasn't available in the server, but was on our development servers.
Apparently it was always supposed to be available with VIP 27, but a wrong number or name somewhere had stopped it being available.

Tessa spotted it and fixed it.
