I'm confused as to why people don't expect it to happen. A moderator responded to the post saying they had plans to implement rewards. Out of curiosity why don't you expect them to be implemented.

OOO, those are smart :), I think it would be cool to have a prefix for the top 3 players too. Also what's the grinder and dedicated prefix for?

Time played is a great idea. I definitely think it would add a bit of variety to the normal competition for kills and such leaderboard wise. I also love the idea of an achievement tracking leaderboard for skyblock. Maybe a leaderboard that tracks money and item counts too would be cool.

I can understand why you might not want the emerald production changed, however I feel like they could at least make the emerald items more useful. Elytras can't really be used for anything unless you build up a massive amount which is never going to be helpful in a fight or any actual gameplay...

Yeah I understand they have tons of leaderboards, I think if they implemented this they would have to make a different way to access the leaderboards. I was thinking something along the lines of a clickable floating text menu in the game lobbies. I see your point with the top players in wins...

Oh, I didn't expect it to be animated but that would be awesome! I also think a trophy cage would be cool. Any good cage ideas?

Wouldn't it be easier to make an egg cosmetic. I thought prefixes had to update every time you join a new lobby.

I did get a response from a mod so it definitely could happen. I think it would be a really cool way to make the season leaderboard matter a little more and encourage more playing.

OMG I totally forgot to add winstreaks to this post. I'll probably make another suggestion post about it but I totally agree it would be awesome to try to go for massive winstreaks and stuff. I don't quite think most deaths would lead to trolling however. I think it would just be a funny...

I totally understand where you're coming from on the kills and eggs broken front but I do think there could be some other leaderboards such as winstreaks, most eaten, most deaths, that sort of thing. It wouldn't take too much effort to make either since the stats are already tracked.

I can understand the issue with kills but I do think there could be some more fun leaderboards. Maybe something like most steak eaten or most iron collected. I also don't see the issue with deaths. I don't think it would promote jumping off I think it would just be pretty funny.

I get that but to be fair even if you spend all that time also collecting diamonds. The amount of emeralds you get is pretty underwhelming. Like if you get a full 2 stacks of diamonds you're still only going to have like 10 emeralds which is barely enough for 2 1 time use elytras. Elytras which...

I love this idea! I'm planning on tying for first place with a friend of mine. It would be super cool if we both got the title. I also think it's smart to be more specific and say Eggwars rather than just "Season 1".

Yeah going for revenge is a much better strat. The amount of times my egg has been broken and I go on to win the game is insane. It's really not to difficult to come back from your egg being broken. Just stay away from the edges and play smart.

That makes some sense but I don't quite get why they don't want you getting the final. There's not a leaderboard for finals or kills in general for that matter.

Exactly! There's currently just no incentive to use emeralds at all. They need to either upgrade speed, add more, or just remove them entirely and stick to diamonds as currency while adding a few more. I personally think that if they added more diamond generators and made the emerald items cost...
