I like the idea, but having to be on the leaderboard is a big nah for me. Maybe like after a certain amount of wins and/or kills...

This wouldn't make sense. If someone goes on vacation for example, they would come back and they are kicked from THEIR island. Or if someone has a lot of work to do and is not able to get online for a few months.

They could do this, but the problem with IP banning is that sometimes, when two people on the same network with a different account play Minecraft, the other account gets banend too. Because it's on the same IP. Also, it could easily be bypassed with a VPN

It would add a lot more diversity to the game tho, like, new tower levels that can only be unlocked with EXP and have unique abilities, I think it could work!

This will be VERY hard to do. I understand that ping is very anoying, but for CubeCraft Games to put hosts in EVERY SINGLE CONTINENT, that's gonna cost a lot of money!
