Interesting idea, beside the idea that i barely look to the colours it could still be a good extra. Maybe you got some examples (screenshots/the colour codes) to boost your suggestion?

If I am correct this is already a thing. If not it should be. For example you and someone are having an arguement and you lure him out or you insult him what makes him really angry and then the second one only get's punished.

Like the above comment this shouldn't be a huge gamemode just a very small one in a micro game in mineware. But it still looks fun good thinking.

Not sure what you mean with this but cubecraft is a multi regional server but not for all regions but still a lot.

The new PvP version is here already for a while so that's not really a reason. And yes you got limited poisons but you got a strength pot with a enchanted iron sword and deadly poisons and you can instant respawn.

Just use potions on them from the wizard kit.

Boats got several gliches like you slay flying no fall damage and more, cubecraft will only stab itself by allowing everyone to make boats.

It took me once 6 hours and 20 minutes to kill 4 people with a punch bow that they farmed from the beginning. I needed to make safety bridges needed to use TNT Pearl's and much more only becuase people that were camping their eggs with punch bows

Players are sadly allowed to camp their egg and Island but at the other side they're camping a place where you can't come what's also punishable what's a little unclear. And I mean to if you got full dia but can't even reach the enemy base not even with a pearl becuase they will bow spam you...

Egg wars is special because the maps and how you play on those maps, Egg wars isn't made to make a whole base at your island with Max gens and just punching everyone of that comes close.
