    Your account can be temp banned or the person who banned you has changed their mind... Any staff member can unban or unmute but they won't if it wasn't them who muted/banned the person.

    my 9 year old son is a member of your server and he broke a rule by a mistake. He doesn't know english well, so he doesn't know the rules of your server. He likes to play in your servers a lot! He wanted to make a joke about asking o.p.
    Is there a way to forgive him and remove mute over him? If not, I can understand and he will get his lesson, but if you can I will be very greateful.

    He has been muted for 1 month as this is the shortest it could be set. Sorry but a lot of people were asking for Staff/Op/Rank, and after the warning they continued but as this is his first offense he has been muted for only 1 month to reduce stress that he could cause in the future on the Staff team.
