What I think many people don't realise is that lava was almost an instant kill in basic, they could've added XP bottles (Maybe to balance out) but I entirely support the removal of lava from basic as it was just unfair.

I mean what Gbmq said was very much correct, but now that it's gone every tryhard is voting for Basic now. It's so stupid. I'd say add a high level of fire protection... But I want to play normal again. I despise Basic.

I would have liked a flint and steel in replace, it does less damage but still adds fire to the game.

Tryhards play whatever there's less strategy in it. The removal of lava is making every tryhard play whatever mode that doesn't contain lava in it. If you were to remove projectiles from OP, you best believe that's what everyone will start voting for.
