There is nothing wrong with his response. It’s a little concerning you guys don’t understand the purpose of the chat filter is. One reason why swearing has gone down is because we have a filter. Benefit right there. Although the invisible pinging is annoying that’s the only issue currently I see.

I understand why there is a chat filter, and i completely agree with it. What i dont understand is the removal of the 'you're not allowed to say this' message. It is confusing, sometimes u send a message to a friend and they dont recieve it because there's a blocked word. They dont recieve the message, and you dont know they didnt recieve it. It is annoying & makes no sense at all

@_The13thDoctor_ - Same as above, the problem you mentioned was also fixed before they released this change to the chat filter. The invisible pinging was one way to still indicate that someone tried to message you, but failed.

@MrGrumpyCheese - We had the same benefits before the filter's 'update' though.

This whole entire silent message thing is a serious problem. You're saying it's not. You're sayign that it's ''positive''. Yet the negative side is WAY bigger then the positive.
