    You need to record the hacker to be able to report him. Screenshots are not allowed because they can be edited.

    Gonna add something to what you said^ You can record hackers by downloading OBS, Fraps or Bandicam.

    ^^ Record the hacker then upload the video it to YouTube, and then put the link of the uploaded video in the report.
