    Im banned from the server because someone used hacks on my acc. And my MC name is not the name i use on the forums, Its JustTheProWout. And the biggest problem is, i cant appeal on https://appeals.ccgn.co/, because when i write my name and i click 'Start appeal -->' it says 'Your unmute appeal has been unsuccesfull' coz i appealled for that earlier. Can you let me know if you know something to get this ban away?

    Staff members are humans, not robots. They simply can't respond whenever someone asks something. You should wait and give him the time to answer your conversation.
