Java Bedwars Solo's

Hi everyone!
I’ve been playing a lot of Bedwars on the server lately and noticed that it’s sometimes annoying when you’re playing with random teammates. That could already be reason 1 to add solos.
Another reason (reason 2) for me would be that the matches go faster, because duo matches sometimes take quite a while.... I’m really curious what you guys think about this! :)

I think this is a good idea, because sometimes my friend isn't available and I get paired with a random teammate if they leave, I’m left to face three teams on my own. That doesn't happen when you play solo. Besides, Cubecraft Bedrock already has a solo mode, so why shouldn't that come to Java as well?

I think it would be great to have BedWars Solo on Java Edition as well.

As for BedWars Teams of 2, I’m not sure how necessary it is, since EggWars, which has similar gameplay, only offers team modes.

Yup! Both networks should have bedwars solo so that it is fair

I think they should have team modes, because otherwise in BedWars you can only play against your friend not with them.

Seeing how many players bedwars has, I think this could work, but this might actually cause team bedwars to drain out which makes starting a team game much harder. Should be tested as temporary gamemode imo!

What I like with BedWars on Java is that the games start really quickly and that is something I don't want to lose. When there is not as many players on (low playercount) there could be a risk if it was two gamemodes and not one that the queues would be a lot longer. However if there is enough players for both playertypes/gamemodes (duos and solos) I have nothing against it.

I really like this but it might remove a lot of players from bedwars team fights, I feel like they should beta test it and see if they should keep it or remove it depending on the players, because it could also bring in new people.

I think a temporary Solo mode would be a good way to test this without committing to it permanently. The main thing I'd look at is whether Team BedWars still fills up quickly, especially when fewer players are online. If queue times stay reasonable for both modes, keeping Solos could make sense.
