Hey cubecraft admin
Why does it take an hour to start maintenance, yet the maintenance only lasts 10 minutes?
Maintenance time is short, but there are many problems.
Please take the time to properly maintain it
If you're going to make money through subscriptions, shouldn't you be improving server performance?

This is so awful, it wasted a holiday
How do you use subscription revenue?
I can only see a future where servers become depopulated :((

Hi,
Any server can sometimes experience downtime. And the dev-team always works on fixing these issues ASAP.
This time it was caused by a developer mistake, but the servers were fixed and restored right away. They are always working to keep performance stable.

i swear the maintenance didnt happen today like the player count was so low but i could still play like normal

I understand your frustration, but short maintenance doesn’t necessarily mean it’s useless. Sometimes developers need to prepare things before and after the actual restart, and that’s why it takes time. About the subscription revenue, I’m sure part of it goes to cover servers, staff, and development. Server performance is a long-term investment, so improvements might not always be visible immediately.
