1-Add modalities that really attract people, there are several games that could attract people to the server:
-Survival:
It sounds silly, but this could attract people to the server and more in a current version.
-Netherite pvp:
Crossbows, Netherite armons and weapons, what could be done with it?
2-Improve advertising:
Sadly, many people think Cubecraft Java is Dead, as many new people don't even know about it thanks to monopolies like Hypixel.
One way to fix this is by improving advertising:
-Incite INFLUENCERS from anywhere to play on the server.
-Add rewards for playing and for inviting friends to the server.
-Listen to the community:
Accept the mistakes of the past and improve as an administration.
