I disagree with adding Emerald rak to Bedrock. The rank/purchasble loot systems are entirely different, and that's okay.
I do agree that VIP levels could use an update however! But as you can see here that's already planned!

The Java and Bedrock ranks systems are totally different, so this suggestion doesn't just make sense.
