Fix the report sistem adding more options and a custom option

What kind of things would you like to see? /sr contains all hacks sentinel can check on, and /report contains other easily checkable rules that can be broken. I don't see why this should be 'fixed'
On bedrock only /Sr exists, not /report, (although the command is there, they link into one command at the end)
