Make the fishing rod faster and fix the water & lava bug ( you can’t place lava & and water )

I think the fishing rod already hurts too many people feelings. I think it’s annoying enough atm. Especially when @R2Sammie uses it. Making it faster will probably end up in my mouse being thrown to pieces.

It would work better if it wouldn't make people glitch into blocks when they shift..
