I think this is a bad idea. I obviously support people being positive in the chats, but this would be an awesome way to farm XP, as you can join games, say 'glhf', leave the game, join another, etc etc.

This might seem inefficient, but people are more creative than you might think. After the game requires people to actually play the entire match, instead of dipping before the start (which also gives you half empty teams, discouraging the other half of that team to try to win). For that reason I voted

Even then, they could implement a timeout period, so that you can only get 1 experience every X minutes (maybe 3 or 5 minutes, depending on the minigame). Another solution would be to get that 1 experience after the game as well, so you get 2 at once. This way, people will still need to play the entire game if they want this free experience.

This would take a lot of developing time, definitely when you change it to each minigame. That last point wouldn't even be possible as I could join for example EggWars, say 'gl' and move to SkyWars. Besides that, this would cause confusion with players, probably needing another message to tell people why they didn't get the XP. This would be annoying for people that just say 'glhf' at the start of the game because they mean it.

People would be very confused if a win rewards you with 51 XP instead of 50 (or whatever the numbers are). You can't say +2 XP for gg, as they have to say both to get both XP, and not certainly of gl. This would also require some instruction messages, developing time, etc.

Overall I see where this suggestion is coming from, and I see why you think it's a good idea and you want to get this forwarded, but I don't think it is worth the time if you want to have a solution for XP farmers.

Don't know if you think this makes sense, but I hope to give you a bit more insight of my opinion and decision on this topic!
