    My minecraft account was hacked, and so today I managed to retrieve it but when I enter the Cubecraft the bill this banned by AntiKnockback, I would ask if you me could unban, I really like CubeCraft, set there in two years and I am YouTuber, please can desbana me my nickname in the mine is SnorlaxPT.

    Hello Joe,im Gabriela the one of the email,i was manned from Cubecraft on Saturday because there was a payment error,I contacted Marco Salter about the problem and que ansewered me that i had to give to him some information about the purchase,i gave it to him yesterday and he still dont unbanned me,i really wanna play

    If he would report you, he did it wrong, reports will not be accepted via skype, only via the report forum.
    If he would report you correctly, our staff will take a close look, and make a move if they decide needed. If you're not hacking, you dont have to be scared of anyone claiming you are.
