Agreed. Although if they put durability back they need to bring the sweeping strikes back too. XP farms are super nerfed right now. I'd like to see them fix both at the same time.

Yup! If you're on bedrock you'll need to buy lvl 1 spawners though since the spawners from the swamp island are too high lvl.

Yeah it's a known bug at this point. Submit a bug report if you can to continue to help bring awareness.

I definitely recommend putting them in the floor. CubeCraft Spawners won't spawn mobs on blocks +2 or -2 (Y-axis) from where the spawner is. This means you can bridge under the floor without worrying about them spawning on your bridge as well as (in the case of skeletons) them shooting you :)
