Even if this were to be added, it should be optional because some players don't want the attention, especially in-game, since it could cause targeting. Also, I don't see how a prefix would make new players more interested in the server.

Ranks are no longer a one-time purchase, they are a monthly subscription now. Edit: apparently you get to keep it if you purchased it before the implementation of monthly subscriptions, in that case, you should get in contact with a staff member...
