    I never knew that teaming was allowed in Cubecraft in solo skywars once all the players agree to it. That’s odd

    It applies to every game. As long as all the players agree, you're fine to do it. Do remember that when it comes to MinerWare and FFA, teaming is allowed regardless of whether or not the other players agree to it. :)
