hey I've been waiting for 4 days to get my mute appealed and nobody has seen my appeal and I'm trying to play with my friends but i can't speak in chat at all not even in game

i even made a forums account to see if anyone would reply cause its very annoying that you can't even speak to you teammates like seriously? you guys should only make it for when you're in lobby's. but in games that messed up and it make the game un enjoyable for people
