However that way if the player joins and is no longer AFK you would have a full team but otherwise you wouldn’t in both cases
If the opposing team has one less player than your team, they get a set damage boost. This damage boost gets bigger and bigger depending on how big the difference of players is between teams. An AFK player would either give the opposing team an unnecessary damage boost if they're one player down, or it would prevent your team from getting a damage boost despite being in (for example) a 3v4.

you see this is the sort of thing I wouldn't know because I Don't play archer assault much anymore since they added Shaolin which games take 5 hours on that map
