Minecraft Glitch?

Recently, over the past month or so, my minecraft has been glitching. Right now I cannot take things out of a chest/villager/my inventory without dragging it out.:confused1:

I've tried restarting my PC, re-downloading my Launcher, you name it I've tried it.

It could be that you're ping is really low, or it could be that you're sneak/shift key is broken?

Posibly, try by pressing this key in other game

It could be that you're ping is really low, or it could be that you're sneak/shift key is broken?

low ping is good. your ping is the amount of time it takes for you to communicate with the server to put it simply.
