through whisper filters don't work (i am pretty sure) i recieved a few "HACKS" pms from players before the white list of the word hacks
maybe ONLY in fmsg the op blacklist shouldn't be a thing because (s)he is you're friend i doubt they will do that unless they troll you ;)
and @Caboozled_Pie is suggesting to black list "OPOP" ++ if it is just "OP" then you can freely say it without the black list

"Please vote op" is an example of what you could write towards friends.
I'm sure you wouldn't spam them with "opopopopop plz"

Or "vote hardcore, hardcore plz"?
