I was not happy whith the new "stacking" ban "system". But to be honest, the fact that Super Craft Bros is working again was too good. I just forgot it and reported cheaters again.

Now, I don't know wth is happening. I have made 28 reports last month, using video evidence. I have only received an answer in 2 of the 28 reports, one of them to complain about the video not being available (then I resubmitted it and no news since).

So only once after 28 reports I have confirmation that the cheater has been "dealt with", that I interpret meaning an euphemism for the soft ban for a mere week. The rest of the reports went unanswered and now the worst part: three of the reports, the first one involving "Firebunny999" and "MrKittyKit", the second one involving "AshKetchumPoke" and the third one starred by "DJDanii04" and "YvelCat" (yes, first and third ones are about two cheaters teaming) not only are unanswered, but I've seen the offenders again cheating.

At first I thought that it was the result of the unfortunate lenience of the punishments. Then I checked the dates. I reported them six days after the first report. So the reason is not what I thought. The reason could be that, after almost a week, no one seems to have reviewed the reports. I suspected that the lack of feedback and the hiding of the reports forum was a way to cover up the disaster of the new punishment "system". Now it seems that you are really given up policing the bad apples and just letting them do what they please.

If that's not the case, please offer some feedback to the reports. It's bad enough to multiply by three the work needed to ban those idiots for good. If reporting is as useless as it seems, please say so, so I can stop wasting my time.

If your report has not been responded to in more than a day, feel free to tag a couple of online moderators and bump it. :P

Staff receive tons of reports every single day. Please be patient. If you haven't received an answer on your report within a days time, then feel free to tag staff in your reports or PM them with a list of your reports. If you are PM'ing them, then please add the links of your reports into the PM.

Only Moderators and barely Sr. Mods look at the reports.
Helpers looks at reports. Admin's doesn't (What I have heard). @Mac is this true? ;-;

Helpers, Moderators, Senior Moderators and Admins all look at reports.
I have had a responses on reports from all sorts of staff members, however some staff members do more reports than others since some may be busy with outside life and other responsibilities on Cubecraft (Staff Applications, Assassins hackers etc.).

Thank you for the answers, but if I'm not mistaken, they mean that every single report (except one) that I've sent this month had been ignored. That's not exactly encouraging. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to "tag" anyone. It was enough work to record games, excerpt them and fill a report. Keeping track of them is too much to ask.

Also, do you realise that you have brought this problem on yourselves? Now, not only we reporters have to work three times to ban these idiots (theoretically, in practice the work is useless). There are also three times more reports because of the mistaken change. Good job!

Think of how much work the moderators of Cubecraft need to do. They don't get payed, they are volunteers. They are trying to cancel out the number of reports already. You'll have to be patient.

Cubecraft is also trying to get more staff members to deal with reports. It's not that they are doing nothing to solve this problem. If you would like to help with the reports situation then you can always apply: https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/staff-applications.54/

I tried to help and it worked for a long time. If you can access the relevant records, you'll see that I helped with more than a hundred reports during more than a year. A few numbers and you'll understand that's a lot of time. It's fine. It's a volunteer work that I did because it worked. More than a hundred bans, I'm very careful with my reports.

Now it doesn't work. Please, ask yourself why it stopped working.

Also: read this thread carefully. I'll tell you what you will not see: any explanation or comment by admins or owners acknowledging there's a new problem. Offering more help? Ahem :-)

If it doesn't increase your workload, feel free to private message me the links and I will go through them.
I currently have about 43 reports I have to handle before I continue with others but if you do decide to send them to me, I will try to get them done when I have the time.

I had so many unanswered reports too for a really long time but I just waited because in the end it's not worth dwelling over. Some weeks later all my reports were replied to at the same time.
They are doing their best to keep up with reports but they aren't machines.
Reports are there to help out staff members keep the server a clean and friendly place meaning the reports thread doesn't only consist of hacker reports. There are people who report for swearing, inappropriate names, inappropriate skins, abuse towards ethnicities or sexualities and so on. And when you are on a server that holds up to 10 - 15k people you can almost guarantee there is at least a few people who are not abiding by the rules at any time.
As for the speed of reports being answered. I'm guessing that one of the causes are that there have been a lot of staff step down recently who were very experienced and were quick with what they do. They are being replaced but for a server this big it's hard to come by players who are adequate enough to do the job and be successfully quick and accurate with it.
This whole comment was probably not needed but... meh. If I'm wrong just point it out.
