Were you hacking? If so, you were probably banned and that's why your wins were reseted. Another possibility is that you were hacked by someone else. Look into this issue. If your account was hacked, I suggest you contact Mojang. If you hacked or it's a bug, ask one of the staff members to help you out with this.

This is definitely strange. Also, could you upload a screenshot with your statistics as they are now? Just to prove that this isn't a prank. ;)

Just in case, if you were banned for hacking, your statistics were removed on purpose. It's an additional punishment which isn't misplaced at all. Keep in mind that staff will find out if you were banned for hacking or if this is an actual bug.
