Blockwars kit Life link

This kit gets a gold sword that deals 2 damage,a piece of redstone and purple chestplate that deals 1 bar of armor. When you right click somebody with the redstone any damage they take will be transferred to you instead of them. This will kill you if the person takes to much damage, but if the person dies by falling in the void you don't die. Kit gets the redstone back when the person being linked dies by falling in void.This kit also gets slightly longer respawn times.(2-6 more seconds) If too op just make it so that when the linker links they lose some hearts.(2.5-5 hearts)
Some edits:The kit calculates the armor of the person being linked before applying the damage.
Advantages:Lets say that your flag carrier is being battered, you can life link and prelong the flag carrier's life time. If there's a person that is either a really good defender/ofender and you aren't that good you can still contribute by keerping them alive.

This kit takes one for the team.

If too op just make it so that when the linker links they lose some hearts.(2.5-5 hearts)

Would multiple people be able to link the same person? This might be a good defending kit as it would have to stay back or die while it gives a huge buff to the teams main attacker

Maybe you live link a tank or (forgot the name) sprinter kit so you have one really powerful attacker while you defend your core/flag

Powerful? 2 hearts. Link? Considring the tank can take more damage without losing health it would only result in killing yourself.

I thought tank only had extra armor. I believe armor would be calculated first so that linking with a tank wouldn't be such a bad idea after all. Also the 2 hearts is its weapon not the link :P

Idk I think it is only when the player you linked to takes damage that you take damage.

No offense, but I like your other kit suggestions better. I don't really understand why you would want to use this kit. I personally wouldn't. Maybe that is because I don't understand it that well. Maybe I will if it is implemented into the game.

Linking does not do damage to you. What I meant is that if this is to op make it so that the life linker has less hp.
