As I see it your problem has one of 2 solutions:

Get better.
Don't be offended by 2 letters on a minecraft server.

Trust me, by getting mad over 'ez' you're feeding the trolls, you're making yourself a "victim" of some random guy on the internet who typed 2 goddamn letters,that in the end mean absolutely nothing.
