Upgrading Kits

I was just thinking that upgrading Kits would be quite cool. All of the kits are fairly balanced at the moment. I think you should only be able to upgrade it once as I think that upgrading it more than once the kits will become too op.
Egg shell-8-16 diorite
Rabbit-3 carrots,1 jump boost potion-10 carrots, 2 jump boost potion
Money bags 10 Iron - 32 Iron
Buffer 1Regen-2Regen
Debuffer 1Slow 1 Weakness- 2Slow 2 Weakness
Healer 2 Golden apples- 4 Golden Apples
Shell Cracker Gold pick - Diamond unenchanted
Egg armor full leather - full chain

If you don't like the idea then what if u can upgrade it in steps but it is more expensive eg. 2k full leather- full chain 2.4k points leather helm-chain helm= 600 points leather chestplate-chain chestplate = 600 points etc

That adds a whole other bunch of the same kits (so no changes, same gameplay) but everything's double so.... No, I wouldn't suggest it, IMHO, -1

Lets wait to abilities and then we talk about it, maybe one of the abilities is for breaking faster, do more damage.... And 4 gapples at the start of the game.

But the upgrades you suggested, are to op.

I'd wait and see what comes out for abilities instead of upgrading kits.
Also the kits you listed such as full chain is pretty OP so meh.

These are way too op, especially egg armour.

Upgrading kits should not be all at once
for example:
8 diorite - 16 is too much steadily gaining 1 extra is better
Also the kits with potions having double is too much but maybe increase in duration like +3 seconds or power up from jump boost 1 to jump boost 2
finally the armor kit chain armor is too much to ask for i say Protection 1 is enough or something similar not going straight to another type of armor
Keep in mind OP - Normal - Hardcore exists so in hardcore the chain armor and the money bags are WAY too OP

what about it being like the skywars perk system each one u bye u get 1 or 2 extra items
such as the buffer and debuffer get a new potion or the money bags gets 2 extra tokens or the egg armour kit gets a gold peace of armour

rabbit - every level you get a longer potion of leaping by 1 minute and 1 more carrot
money bags - every level you get 2 more iron tokens
buffer - every level you get a longer potion of regeneration by one minute
debuffer - every level you get a longer potion of one per level so like level 1 is slowness level 2 is weakness level 3 is slowness ect. by 1 minute
healer - every level you get 1 more golden apple
shell cracker - every level you get 1 more level of efficiency and once you reach 5 it gives u a stone pick then an iron ect.
egg armour - ever level you get 1 level of protection on one piece per level
