Video Is this Annoying?

Hey everyone, so Ive been wanting to get more publicity for my youtube channel and I've wanted to try advertising on the server. Don't worry I know the rules for it, I wont spam it. The thing is I don't want to come off as annoying, attention seeker, things like that. Do you guys get annoyed when somebody asks for you to check out their channel in the lobby? Or am I being silly?

They will get warns.. And if they are spamming it they will be muted!

When someone send a link in the chat, they get 3 warnings to stop, mostly they dont stop and they will be "Muted"

That is only when they are spamming it. Not when there are pauses in it..

I understand spamming it is annoying and can result in a mute, but I'm asking if someone randomly asks the lobby to check out their youtube channel once, is that annoying

I mean I'd like a few more opinions, you guys certainly helped, but wouldn't It make sense to have a few more people with their opinion?

You may advertise your YouTube or Twitch channel as long as you are not spamming it.

You can talk about your channel in the chat, but when you're repeatedly spamming your youtube channel in the chat you will be warned and you can eventually (if you don't stop) get muted.

Do you guys even read the thread. He asks if you get annoyed when people advertise and not if they get muted when they're advertising. Also did you all give the same answer to a question which is not asked. This is just a perfect example how people try to get the most messages.

I personally don't really care if someone is advertising his Youtube in the chat. However, if you ask it nicely and only once in a while, there is more chance I will check out your channel. If you spam your advertisement, people will notice and remember you, but not in a good way. So I think it's okay to advertise your Youtube as long as you do not spam it, just like the rules! ;)

Back on topic: I do not get annoyed when they advertise tbh, I understand that they're trying to get their channel bigger.

^ I usually like the most helpful command between all the comments. There are usually 1 or 2 users who actually put a bit of effort in their replies and reply with a helpful command.
