I don't know why this is in the suggestions section of the forum, or even a thread at all. Ping cannot be "banned" because it all depends on the player's internet and computer. Banning players for having good ping would be unfair to a player, just like banning a player for having a bad one.

Yes, it can be, but as @LilNugget said, it would be unfair to ban or kick players because of their high ping. (The higher, the more lag)
