He should have been in combat there.. a good 5 seconds pvp cooldown would be good (that doesn't display in chat)

That would be a great suggestion, because I saw how much effort you put in, quickly getting your extra armor and buying new weapons, all for nothing, wasted. It wouldn't be fair to you.

He was at 2 hearts too, should have killed him properly if I had known he would quit, I only went to knock off as it's my standard procedure for people who outgear me.

It was a wise decision to knock him off, lesser risk of dying. It's a little disappointing to see players leaving cause they are about to die.
