Every Week On A Friday/Saturday/Sunday There Should Be A Tournament And The Winning Team Should Win Like 10 Cubelets Or Any Prize Decided By The Server. There Should Be Like 10 Tournaments And Anyone Who Joins A Tournament Cant Join The Other 9, So Other People Could Also Play. Also A Youtuber Tournament Would Be Fun To Watch. Thank You.

They have this on Hypixel, but this wouldn't work so well on Cubecraft.
While most of the playerbase is in Western Europe, there are still may North American players (including myself) that are 6-10 hours behind this people. The tournaments would have to b very early in the morning, and would be very hard to organize.

Yes but to counter this they could have a tournament for each area. One for Western Europe and then another for North America.

Still wouldn't cover everybody, there's people like @Dai_Matsumoto that live in Asia, he'd be 9 hours off both of these tournament schedules.

The developers have other things to work on, we don't need tournaments.

Seems like a fun idea, I'm not sure if the owners want their developers to create some sort of plugin for this though, the developers are currently busy with a lot of things and have other priorities. I do like the suggestion though, but I'm really not sure if it's possible to get implemented, and if they have to do all these tournaments manually it will take up way too much time and effort. What I would like to see is for example a monthly leaderboard and everyone that managed to get on the leaderboard will get a price after the month is over.
