I am having rank problems

hi im hamad and recently i forgot my minecraft account and i couldn’t fix it, and the problem is i have an emerald rank on this server and i payed a lot for it and i was wondering if you could possibly switch my rank to another account i have because i am trying to fix the problem with majoring but soft i haven’t been able to and its very frustrating… my username is “Ender_hamad_CCG” and i was hoping it is possible to remove the rank from that account and add it to my new account.. is there anything i could do???

Transferring ranks is not even possible. You can try contacting support@cubecraft.net via email, but the chances of you getting a rank transfer is very low.

As he said above contact that email ^. I hope you'll be able to find your account again because unfortunately they'll not transfer ranks from account to account. Or you need some proof to get it transfered.

If you lost your minecraft account you could try contact mojang. If you still have your payment confirmation they should be able to get your account back. But did your ''old'' account get hacked, or did you just lost your account username/password?
