The name would be highlighted sky blue colour, just like for Owners or Designers they're highlighted Red glow or gold glow.
For the admins it would be something like this:

Some of the staff have already said that they want this, but I haven't seen a single thread with it yet. It would be interesting too.

I think the colors for staff are pretty cool. Although, if you want them changed I really think that would be a nice change. Maybe even nick names would be neat. Like a 3 word little blurb before all of that. Kinda like

Could donators also have their rank mentioned on the forums in such a way? Like for iron it's a grey colour lapiz dark blue ect ect, some of the donators have also been asking for that.

Yeah, it is rather un-pro the whole nickname thing is. Although, I visited one server and the staff members all used super super long nicknames, like 10 word ones. Now that defeated the purpose of even using nicknames. It was humorous until they started talking frequently. You could never forget, "MR.CEO BOSS GUY WHO IS IN CHARGE" that guy was really well a charecter.
