My computer is pretty slow. I got like 30-40 fps max... :3 I've heard that optifine gives ya more fps, but I dont really know what optifine does, and how you install it... ;) Could someone help?

It gives you more options to choose from for better performance on your Minecraft, it doesn't exactly increase your FPS in any way, it increases your performance for better effect. By the way, there are absolutely loads of 1.8+ optifine download tutorials on youtube.

If you want to install it do this.
Go to http://optifine.net/downloads then click the latest version of Optifine.(OptiFine 1.8.7 HD U D6) It'll take you to Ad.fly, click skip. Once you've skipped you'll be given the download link. Click it and download it. Hope this helped. :3

You can also use other ways to increase Minecraft's FPS. For example allocating more memory to Minecraft.

Another common problem is an outdated graphics card driver.
Even if your computer is extremely high-end, this can lower your FPS drastically.
Try downloading NVIDIA GeForce Experience and using this program to update your drivers. It'll also notify you when a new update is ready so you won't run into this problem again.
