I have a paintball problem, please respond

This has happened to me so many times; i get the flag back to base in paintball and then have no idea what to do. Please explain clearly and with detail(e.g right click on the glowstone at base while holding the wool)

Return the enemy flag to your flag. Do not go to your team spawn.

You just walk to your flag.

The area you have to stand will be indicated by coloured wool. Just walk into the wool and you should score your team a point.
