Assassination: Hunger Depletion

I remember the old days when Cubecraft was my go-to server, but now that has changed. I use to love this server because of its assassination game, that I couldn't manage to find anywhere else. Yes, I still play this server's assassination game and many others, because they are fun. But assassination was truly ruined when hunger depletion in shops was added. It used to be so fun when humongous groups of people would camp inside the shops and throw out food, coins, armor, potions, weapons, just for fun. The shops were festive inside and fun, and there would be 100 people on every day. But now that hunger depletion was added, only about 25 people are on assassination at one time every day, and it makes me sad to think how fun it use to be. What I'm trying to say is that hunger depletion in shops should be gone. It is strategic to use the shops for PVP when you are low on hearts, and when you can just camp in a shop the whole time, you have a smaller chance of being killed by a hacker. It is fine to go in a shop to regenerate hearts, because you can't hit the people inside if you are outside, or outside if you are inside. Also, you should have to actually go inside the shop to be protected, instead of standing on the wall of the shop and being protected.

For staters, the hunger depletion was out for a while and people still played on assassinations a lot. Second, the shops were over used, and when I use to play it a lot, I hated that hackers or full diamonds could just stay in the shops and would never loose any of their good gear. Also, it was extremely irritating before, because every time I chased some full diamond down, they went into a shop and camped forever while barely looking hunger. I think the feature should stay, even if it isn't fun at times it's really helpful and has a purpose.

It may have seemed hilarious to you being inside the shop and camping, killing everybody who went out but to those players being killed whenever they tried to enter/leave it was horrible and frustrating. Imagine yourself saving 1,000 coins and then trying to run into the shop, only to be killed by some bouncer guarding the door. You'd be pretty annoyed too, right? In fact, you would probably complain here on the forums, which is why the hunger depletion was added to the shops.
As Halothe23 said before, the shops are there so you can run in, buy something and run out again and not to guard the entrances and kill players who just want to play the game normally. (that wasn't exactly what he said but close enough)
Furthermore it sounds as if you are trying to justify camping by saying that you have a smaller chance of being killed by a hacker. This may be true, but you forgot to mention that you cannot be killed by anybody if you're camping since if they hit you once you will be knocked back inside the building and be safe from harm. If you feel as though you're going to lose a fight you only have to take a step back whereas your opponent is screwed since you're guarding the closest door.
You can still regenerate hearts in the shop so that hasn't changed, but it's quite a coward move to run into a safe-zone just because you're losing a fight, especially since it's a PvP-based game. Besides, have you seen the map? There are probably a hundred buildings that you can scale to the top of, hide inside or run behind to escape an opponent.
As i said at the start of this debate, camping is fun for the camper but frustrating for the victim.

Camping is really annoying to players, which is why it was removed. This is what was happening, OMG, DIAMOND ARMOUR GUY, LOOKS LIKE HE'S ON HALF A HEART, LET'S KILL HIM! *diamond armour guy walks in shop* ;AL\SHYIFUIJERYJER V* fu** ;LFGKIOUDKYDJFMD.
