Hello! :D
Time for my Suggestions :). I`ll try to cover Challenges, Perks, Minigames, Hats, Uhc and more.

UHC

1. A better Menu for Uhc.

We all know how Uhc works, right? We chose our teams by using the command /team create or /team join. Even though it´s pretty simple, it could be improved. Maybe while you`re in the lobby you could have like a diamond where you could chose what team you wanted to join or just create yours. Myself, when I first played Uhc, I didn`t know those commands. ( I know they are listed in the lobby but it`s a bit confusing on how they are listed )

Donor Perks on Arcade

Quakecraft

Different hoes for donors. Example : If you`re a gold donor then you get a gold hoe and so on. Also Obsidians and Emeralds would have the ability to use other Weapons. Such as the Pickaxe, Axe ... ( It wouldn`t change gameplay.)

Add a song to the background and maybe donors ( Starting at Gold ) could chose what song would be played.

Instead of having a helmet in our kit, I suggest using heads! Example: Blaze Kit would get a blaze head.

Add a Timer for the challenges. Because CCG is an international server.

Vote Sign on Minigames

Every now and then a vote sign would appear. You click it and you get teleported to a lobby and there you could chose the map you want to play.

Give Youtubers the ability to join a full server ( Only kicks Stones )

When I`m watching a livesteam from a youtuber a they want to play a new map, it often takes a very long time for they to join because the new maps get full very fast.

UHC:
This is a good idea, maybe the team system could be a bit like team skywars. You click an empty space, type in the name and other people can join doing that.

Quakecraft: This is also a great idea, makes donors stand out and it is a kewl idea
Iron = Stone hoe
Gold = Gold Hoe
Lapis = Iron Hoe
Diamond = Diamond hoe
Emerald + Obsidian = A shiny diamond hoe (enchanted)

Also Obsidians and Emeralds to have different railguns (not just a hoe) is an awesome idea!

SCB:
Great idea, would also make more sense aswell

Voting:
This is kinda pointless since not that many people who go to vote, also if there is like 2 emeralds in the voting thing then their map would obvs win

Factions is already gonna be reset but we dont know they date and I do think you should get cubelets through skyblock challenges, especially the hard ones.

Very fantastic suggestions, looks like a lot of thought went into this.
I Agree with every one apart from the youtuber kicking stones, because they shouldn't be able to feel more important than stones and go around kicking them from games.

Nope, hate servers that have this. It's like "yay I finally got into the map I wante-" -gets kicked- "GRRR"

I love it. I want it. This is the best thing CCGN could ever implement, together with a fix for Creative :P
And the heads in the lobby, you could add one which has Johnny Depp on it. Everybody around you would get Nausea ∞ from laughing.
Or Arnold Schwarzenegger - everybody would get damage and speak German all the sudden.
